Cultivated before the time of the Incas (almost 6000 years ago) until today in the mountains of the Andes Cordillera at more than 3000 meters of altitude, quinoa is a real treasure for health and for the food.

Quickly cooked, quinoa can be served hot or cold (tabbouleh), salty or sweet.

Use

Rinse and cook 1 part quinoa in 2 parts water, covered for 10 to 15 minutes, then salt.

Indication

Provide 1 glass of quinoa (150g) for 2 people as a main course.

Très bon aliment à consommer sans modération ! Le faire tremper une nuit, rincer, laisser germer dans la casserole avant cuisson augmentera encore sa valeur nutritive ! (recette énergie découverte par 'erreur' )
